APPLICATION ENGINEER
Bologna (Hybrid)
Position Overview: As an Application Engineer at DPT, you will play a critical role in assisting our potential customers in the successful adoption and utilization of our CAD software solutions. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure that our software meets the specific needs of our customers. Your expertise in mechanical engineering and experience as a designer will be essential in providing guidance and support to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our CAD software products, including their features, capabilities, and best practices for design and engineering tasks.
Product Feedback: Gather prospect and customer feedback and insights and communicate them to the R&D team to contribute to product improvement and innovation.
Competitor Knowledge: Leverage your experience with competitor software to demonstrate the advantages of our products and assist customers in transitioning to our platform.
Documentation: Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, video tutorials and marketing content about our technology.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and customer presentations.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent level in English
- Some years of experience as a designer/engineer
- Familiarity with other 3D CAD software products
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer support or training (if required).

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Bologna (Hybrid)
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Developer with a background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent studies. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in .NET Core and NodeJS frameworks, demonstrating proficiency in C# and JavaScript programming languages.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining code using C# and JavaScript for web applications.
- Defining and creating RESTful APIs, integrating with various databases, and implementing user interfaces using JavaScript libraries like React.
- Engaging in supplementary activities such as Unit Test creation, code review, and bug fixing.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent level in English
- Proficiency in .NET Core, NodeJS, C#, and JavaScript
- Experience or keen interest in full-stack web application development
- Ability to create REST APIs, work with multiple databases, and implement user interfaces using JavaScript libraries.
